We are pleased to announce that the owner of Metric Mechanic, Jim Rowe, has extended to our Club an exclusive invitation to get a private tour of the 15,000 square foot Metric Mechanic facility located in Richland, MO which is about 130 miles southwest of St. Louis. Founded in 1976 the company has a history of making state of the art BMW racing engines and engine components for vintage BMW’s up to the E46 platform. Since some of the processes are proprietary, you may be asked to check your cell phone at the door and sign a non-disclosure agreement.

The event details are as follows:

DATE:     Saturday July 27,2024

TIME:     9:45 AM to 12:30 PM

WHERE: 505 East Main Street, Richland MO 65556.

MEETING PLAN:  We will meet at Panera /Bread Co. in Eureka, which is in the strip mall on the northeast corner of the Hwy 109 and I-44 intersection near Schnucks around 7.15 AM. We can grab some food / coffee there and take a bio break before we carpool / caravan to Metric Mechanic.

DETAILED DIRECTIONS:  Take I-44 southwest to Hwy 7 (Exit 150) which is past Waynesville and Buckhorn. Turn on to Hwy 7 and take it into Richland and merge onto Main Street and proceed to the facility.

LUNCH: After the tour, we will return to St. Louis and stop in St. Robert, MO at a good Mexican style restaurant called El Jimador (220 Marshall Drive, STE6)

As part of your registration, you need to create an account for your first Track Rabbit registration which you will see at the bottom of the event home page. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your email address after you create your account. You can register for one event without verifying your email but it must be verified to register for future events.

To ensure our Club members have the best experience with this new system, the Track Rabbit team is available to answer any questions you may have.
