DESCRIPTION:New Date-Monthly May Club Meeting-Car Collection Viewing \nTuesday May 16th\, 2023 \n  \nWe are moving monthly meeting from first Tuesday (May 2) to third Tuesday (May 16) as we\nhave a very special program planned. Thanks to Club member Greg Peterson we have secured a\nprivate showing of the extensive exotic car collection owned by Jim Weddle a very successful\nbusiness leader. Jim Weddle served as the managing partner of St. Louis based Edward Jones \nfrom 2006 to 2018. The cars are housed in 2 buildings located at 2822 Breckenridge Industrial\nCt. just off Manchester\, 1 block west of S. Hanley Rd. About 50 cars\, dating from the 1930's to\nmuch more modern high-performance cars of the 80's and 90's. Multiple examples of the very\nlow production sports racing manufacturers of the 50's. \nThe car warehouse is located near Hanley and Manchester. Registration will be required via\nEventbrite and will be coming out later this month.

Becky will shed some light on these common concerns as well as give an honest assessment of the current and future state of electric vehicle support. She will also share her own experience and answer any questions about EV ownership.

Founded in 1976 the company has a history of making state of the art BMW racing engines and engine components for vintage BMW’s up to the E46 platform. Since some of the processes are proprietary\, you may be asked to check your cell phone at the door and sign a non-disclosure agreement. \nThe event details are as follows: \nDATE:     Saturday July 27\,2024 \nTIME:     9:45 AM to 12:30 PM \nWHERE: 505 East Main Street\, Richland MO 65556. \nMEETING PLAN:  We will meet at Panera /Bread Co. in Eureka\, which is in the strip mall on the northeast corner of the Hwy 109 and I-44 intersection near Schnucks around 7.15 AM.
