I have saved up over $25k and i want to buy a nice bmw coupe 2007 for around 15-20k but im feeling a bit guilty because ive saved up for over 2 years .... What do you guys think? Im currently upgrading from a lexus is250 lease which wasnt too expensive, only $400 a month lease. Please any good advice?

For $20k I'd say something a little more retro:

or an old Porsche

1961 Porsche 356B

Or if you need something with more off road capabilities

Or a couple of these Retro beauties!

I just sold my IS 250 a few months ago. Never really bonded with the car, and found a few things annoying. Had that car for 3 years and sold it.
On the other hand, I had a 95 M3 for more than 8 years, and loved every minute of it. I've driven or ridden in tons of other newer BMWs since then ( including E90/92s and such), and any E46 or newer has all the refinement the Lexus had. I'll bet you'd love the 328.
Just as a side note to make you feel less guilty. Several years ago, I bought a low-mile e39 528 for like $20K. Drove it till 150,000 miles, and gave it to my son. Now has about 158,000. It has needed very little in the way of unusual maintenance, but still is a real pleasure to drive. If you amortize the cost per year or cost per mile (yes, I'm a dork  ), I feel that car was a screaming bargain. I think it was the best car deal I've ever done, so I humbly say go for it, and don't feel bad.
