I need to find aftermarket headers and high flow cat for my e46 M3. I plan on geting magnaflow catback exaust so i need something that works well with that. i also plan on runing a supercharger latter so it needs to be able to handle the pressure but still be street legal. If anyone point me in the right direction for my project it would be greatly appreciated.

Turner, Vivid Racing, Megan Motorsports and Pelican Parts all offer headers from Active Autowerkes, Supersprint, Agency Power and M2 for the E46 M3. I do not know Megan Motorsports and M2, but all of the others are well known manufacturers and retailers.
